Keri Russell

Keri Russell is an American actress with an estimated net worth of $8 million. Born on March 23, 1976 in Fountain Valley, California, she is the daughter of David and Stephanie Russell. Her mother stayed home to raise her and her father is a former executive at Nissan Motors. She’s the second of three children; she has an older brother and a younger sister. Because of her father’s high-power corporate job, the family moved often throughout her childhood, leaving Keri to experience life living in many states throughout the United States, including Colorado, Arizona and Colorado. An accomplished dancer, she was able to earn a place in the Mickey Mouse Club alongside other future stars such as Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears.

Keri Russell was 15 when she made her television debut with the famous mouse. She was on the show for four seasons, from 1991 to 1994. Her famous costars and future friends were Ryan Gosling, JC Chasez, Tony Lucca and Christina Aguilera as well as Spears and Timberlake. She then made an appearance on the sequel to Rick Moranis’ surprise hit, Honey, I Blew Up the Kid, as well as Boy Meets World, where she played the niece of Mr. Feeny. The rest of the 90s brought along small roles for Keri Russell on television shows and in music videos. It wasn’t until 1998 when she was cast as the main character in the popular show Felicity that Keri Russell became a household name. Her drastic hair cut in the second season is thought to be the reason why so many people stopped watching the show, and it was canceled after four years.

She appeared in three movies during those four years, and she continued acting when she was done with her series. Some of her more famous roles include Waitress, The Girl in the Park, August Rush and Extraordinary Measures. Right now she is starring in a show for FX called “The Americans,” in which she portrays a KGB spy living deep undercover as an American citizen in the early 80s. She is phenomenal in the role, and she is currently making $100,000 per episode starring in this show. It’s thought her income might increase as the show gains more popularity; it’s been on the air since 2013.

Personally, Keri Russell’s life is going well. She met and married Shane Dreary, a man not in the business, and became engaged to him in 2006. They married in 2007 and welcomed their first baby a few months later. Following that, the couple also welcomed a second child in 2011. However, they split up in 2013 and she began a relationship with her FX co-star, Matthew Rhys. The couple just announced that they are expecting their first baby together in 2016. It is unknown whether or not her pregnancy will be worked into her show or if it will be hidden behind large bags and dark clothing, but fans will get to see how this role plays out as her pregnancy advances.
