Ashley Judd and Dario Franchitti are splitting after more than a decade of marriage. “We have mutually decided to end our marriage. We’ll always be family and continue to cherish our relationship based on the special love, integrity, and respect we have always enjoyed,” Judd, 44, and Franchitti, 39, told People exclusively in a statement on Tuesday.
They did not have children, with Judd telling the Sunday Mail, “It’s unconscionable to breed, with the number of children who are starving to death in impoverished countries.” Well at least that’s an issue the two won’t have to worry about in whatever settlement they have with the divorce.
Obviously we wish them both well in their newly single lives. If there are more details we’ll be sure to report.
