Love her or dislike her, few can argue that Kim Kardashian didn’t lose her baby weight very quickly. Though some may want to assume she got surgery or something else just as extreme, it seems Kanye West’s baby mamma went old school, and claims it was the Atkins Diet that helped her shed her unwanted pounds after she gave birth to little Northwest.
In an article on E Online, Kim Kardashian talks about how she was really hurt by all the press taking her apart for her weight gain during her pregnancy. She says what is normally a lovely time in a woman’s life was quite tough for her due to public speculation. But now, she has already dropped twenty-five pounds. Twenty-five pounds she credits to the Atkins Diet.
For those who don’t know, the Atkins Diet is when you cut out all carbs and focus on protein. While some say it offers up a whole new slew of health problems, just don’t tell Kim That. Seems the most famous Kardashian has openly admitted she doesn’t have much time for exercise in her life right now, and the Atkins Diet is helping her return to her former pear shape, which she loves. Safe to say Kanye West loves it, too.
Though Kim Kardashian claims she has some more weight she wants to shed, she already looks great. We say whatever is healthiest and best for her and her family is just fine by us. Congrats on dropping the lb’s Kim, we knew you could do it. I just don’t think anyone expected it quite this fast.
