Bethenny Frankel means business, even in divorce. She wants Jason to pay child support and a lot more. TMZ broke the story last week. Bethenny filed for divorce against Jason Hoppy. Now we learned that Bethenny, who is reportedly worth between $25 million and $55 million, has filed legal docs asking for the following from Jason:
— Child support retroactive from the date she filed for divorce
– Medical, dental, optical, therapeutic, and orthodontic expenses for HER and her child
– Life insurance that makes both her and the kid beneficiaries
Apparently Frankel wants to work this out privately which is exactly why it’s being posted all over the internet. Hello? I tell ya it would be nice to have “problems” like this. Granted divorce and children are hard for anyone (even if they’re worth $40MM) but come on Bethenny. Give the dude a little slack will ya?
At the same time you really can’t feel bad for Hoppy. Anyone who gets involved with a real housewife has got some real problems at some point in their lives.
