If any of you remember this, Cruise ship steward Fabian Zanzi sued Travolta last June claiming the actor exposed his genitals in his stateroom and forcibly embraced Zanzi after asking him for a neck massage. This was obviously big news as there had already been speculation that the actor could be homosexual. Fast forward to now?
On Friday the judge shut down an argument from Travolta’s attorneys that his ticket for the 2009 Royal Caribbean cruise liner included an agreement to settle all disputes between a passenger and the company in arbitration. That basically means that unless this is settled out of court we could very well see a trial here.
Personally I think this would be one heck of an entertaining trial for the public. Wouldn’t it be easier to just come out if that’s the case? I mean settle this thing out of court and issue a statement. Somehow this stuff always ends up getting uncovered. Even if it’s after decades. One day we’ll know the truth about Mr. Travolta.
