Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are perhaps one of the most beautiful couples in the world, both inside and out, as was recently made obvious after the pair gave an impromptu performance for sick children. The couple was recently filmed by staff at the Monash Children’s Hospital Victoria, Australia performing a rendition of Amazing Grace for the children. Urban, the world-famous country music superstar, strummed his guitar and sang Amazing Grace while his wife, Kidman, sang along in the background.

According to the Melbourne Herald Sun, Kidman is quoted and saying that Philanthropic work is one of the most important things she does in her life. Urban is a country music superstar as well as a judge on the exceptionally popular American Idol. He’s currently in Australia to prep for his upcoming tour and his wife joined him at the hospital prior to attending the Swisse Celebrate Life Ball, for which Kidman is a Global Ambassador.

The ball is designed to raise funds for the work the doctors, staff and researchers provide at the Monash Children’s Hospital. This is not the only charity that the celebrity duo do their part for; they’re reputation for becoming involved in charitable causes is widely known and appreciated by those who benefit from the couple’s generous donation of both time and monetary means.

Nicole Kidman is from Australia and Keith Urban is from New Zealand. The couple spend a great deal of time Down Under visiting family and raising their two children as well as spending their time doing charitable work for various foundations. The performance for the children was not something that the couple planned ahead of time. It was a spur-of-the-moment performance that was caught on camera by hospital staff and posted to YouTube after the couple left to attend the black-tie fundraiser.
