Lindsay Lohan may have found someone to help her on her road to recovery. According to US Weekly, the ‘Canyon’s star, 27, is reportedly involved with former NFL player Matt Nordgren. The two have been friends for years, and may have decided to take their relationship to a new level recently. Sources close to Lohan have said, “He’s a great influence on her, and her friends and family love him. He’s older, a successful businessman, and he has been a great friend to her. … He’s also a Christian and won’t drink around her.”
Nordgren was a quarterback on the University of Texas before he got some time in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles. After his stint in the NFL, Nordgren was featured on “Most Eligible: Dallas” in 2011. He currently works in Dallas for his family’s energy consulting firm. Sounds like a solid catch for Lohan.
We will see if Nordgren can keep Lohan on the straight and narrow. Lohan is reportedly smitten with her new beau and appears to be ready to move on with the rest of her life. Nordgren has also publicly said that Lohan is thinking clear and ready to move forward. We will see if this relationship lasts and Lindsay can stay focused. Good luck.
