A great many people were affected by the tragic and untimely loss of actor Paul Walker. You can never know when to expect death, and it never fails to hit hard when it comes in such a tragic form. But Walker will live on, not only with his great foundations he started, but in celluloid. Just this week we are treated to a new trailer of Paul Walker’s final film, Brick Mansions. As good as the movie may look, seeing him just reminds us of that awful accident. Perhaps with time it is something we can all get past.
Paul Walker’s final film, Brick Mansions, is actually a remake of the Luc Besson movie, District B13. The movie revolves around Paul Walker as an undercover cop trying to minimize the awful corruption among the police in Detroit. It is a high octane thriller, with a pacing that is pretty much non-stop. It is actually Paul Walker’s final film he actually completed. While he has in other roles when he passed away, many of those were not done shooting yet, and are not quite sure what they will do with his character. Check out the trailer for yourself and see what you think.
As a huge fan of the original movie, I can tell you. This movie is a blistering, non-stop action ride that never even lets the viewer come up for air. And intense and final homage to an actor taken before his time.
