It must be pretty flattering to know that you’re admired by who could conceivably be the most successful rock band of all time. But that’s the case with Adele. Recently The Rolling Stones revealed that they’d love the opportunity to perform with Adele onstage. The band recently performed with Lady Gaga, Florence Welch, and various other pop chart stars.
The Rolling Stones are playing a Hyde Park show on July 6 as part of their 50 & Counting Tour. A source tells The Sun: “The Stones would love to get Adele on with them. It would be a massive coup, even for them.” The same source revealed, “She is the name they want to announce as their special guest – and their invite should be special enough to get her out on stage.”
The issue with this request is that Adele seems to have been extremely private ever since she gave birth to her song Angelo in October of 2012. However, when the Rolling Stones come knocking on your door you might want to reply, even if it’s with a “no.”
We expect a response from Adele.
