Scott Disick Attempting Healthy Lifestyle After Health Scare

Scott Disick is never going to remember 2014 as the best year of his life. The year has not been a good one for the reality television star, despite the fact that he’s got a new baby on the way with Kourtney Kardashian. His reputation hasn’t always been the best, but he’s made some serious strides in the past few years since having kids, and he’s looking to become a better person because of it. The star lost both of his parents this year and he also suffered hospitalization for alcohol poisoning. Today, however, he’s doing much better. He recently opened up about realizing that sometimes you have to better yourself and make better choices.

“I’m good. I’ve had ups and downs. Every time you can better yourself it’s a good thing, and a positive thing,” he said while he was at the Foxwoods Resort Casino for an event with his girlfriend’s sister, Khloe Kardashian. “I’m excited to just be feeling good and living healthy, eating better, exercising more and doing whatever I can to get by,” he said as he sipped water. The reality star skipped the alcohol and sipped a bottle of water while he was at the event with his kind-of sister-in-law.

While at the event, he spent time talking to fans and reassuring them that his girlfriend is just fine and just as active as ever despite being due with their third child in a few short months. He’s admitted to finding help to cope with the recent tragedy in his family, which includes the untimely deaths of both his parents. There’s no question that help is something beneficial to most in a time like this, especially when you’re so young and just starting a family of your own. Disick and Kardashian are  parents to Mason, 4, and Penelope, 2.
