10 of the Most Unexpected Kind Gestures By Celebrities

Taylor Swift

These days, it’s getting harder and harder to find positive stories about celebrities. Almost every time you turn on the TV or go online, there’s news about celebrities punching people, getting arrested, getting kicked out of an event, or all of the above. Although most celebrities become role models by default, many of them don’t live up to the responsibility. However, despite the fact that many celebrities are too wrapped up in themselves to notice other people, there are some who go out if their way to give back those in need. These stars have shocked the world by their willingness to be kind, and have even gained a few new fans in the process. Here are 10 of the most unexpected kind gestures by celebrities.

Johnny Depp

Johnny Depp is known for being a very generous person. However, he seems to have a soft spot for kids.  Depp has been known to travel around with his Captain Jack Sparrow Costume and visiting sick children in hospitals all over the country. According to Depp, “I’ll just sneak in and go and surprise a bunch of kiddies through the different wards…It basically turns into a two-, three-hour improvisation and it’s really fun. So I travel with Captain Jack.”

When she explained that she was going through a tough time, Ochocino simply asked her if she had a passport and invited her to join him and Evelyn for their wedding.

T.I.

After two stints in prison, T.I. may not seem like the type of guy who’s into random acts of kindness. However, T.I. once did one of the nicest things anyone can do for a person. When he heard that a young man was standing on a ledge and threatening to jump, T.I. went out of his way to go to the scene. He recorded a video message for the young man in which he stated, “..Nothing in life is worth taking your life. I’m here to help you. Please come down to talk to me.”  When officers played the message, the man stepped down from the ledge and went to meet T.I.
