Twitter Shows No Mercy Talking about Katie Holmes’ Feet

Throughout the 90s and early 2000s, actress Katie Holmes was best known for her role as Josephine ‘Joey’ Potter on the popular TV teen drama, Dawson’s Creek.  Joey Potter was the smart, sweet, and innocent “girl next door” who develops feelings for her best friend, Dawson, throughout the series.  Joey was the only character to appear in every single episode during the show’s original run, and many fans felt a connection to the young girl who had endured so much and remained mostly positive.  For years, Katie Holmes maintained her perfect girl image, and even after the show many fans began to view her as Joey Potter.  However, several years ago, after images of her feet surfaced, fans began to realize that Katie Holmes wasn’t as perfect as they once imagined.  Many people were critical of the star’s famous feet and some even referred to them as “ugly.” Here are five tweets from people who found Katie Holmes’ feet unflattering.

Back in 2009 when Katie Holmes appeared in an issue of US Weekly, fans were taken a back by the sight of her feet.  Apparently,  the actress’ feet didn’t live up to their expectation of what famous feet should look like.

Generally it’s nice to go down in history for something; however, being the skinniest person to have cankles probably isn’t something that anyone would want to be remembered for.

Katie Holmes may not have the world’s most attractive feet, but those “hairy hobbit feet” have walked across more stages and red carpets than most of us can even imagine.
