Adam Sandler is an American comedian with an estimated net worth of $300 million. He was born on September 9, 1966 in Brooklyn, New York. His mother Judy is a preschool teacher and his father, Stanley, was an electrical engineer. His father passed away in 2003. Adam Sandler comes from a Jewish family, and he only lived in New York the first six years of his life. It was at that time his family moved to New Hampshire. When he graduated high school, he knew he wanted to attend the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU, and he did. One of his very first roles on television was on the “Cosby Show,” as a friend of the Huxtables called Smitty, and he only became more famous from that point forward.
The funny thing about Adam Sandler, other than the fact that he is actually a comedian is the fact that he did not know he wanted to perform or act or do comedy until he was 17 when his brother convinced him that it was a good idea. By the time 1990 rolled around, Adam Sandler was working for “Saturday Night Live,” as a writer. It was only a year before he was made a big time player on the show, and for good reason. He had the best songs that he came up with on his own, including the hit Chanukah Song he made famous in the early 90s.
When he was first cast in movies, he did well. However, he really did not receive his big break into the world of major motion pictures until “Happy Gilmore,” in 1996. After that, it seemed that he could do no wrong making movie after movie and dollar after dollar. When he created his very first production company and began casting all his favorite friends in his films in the most hilarious roles imaginable, the world began to love him even more. There was nothing that Adam Sandler could do wrong, and we still love his films to this date even though we are looking at movies more than 20-years-old at this point.

He has rarely had a flop and even when things aren’t that good, people want to see them because they are Adam Sandler movies. As far as his personal life is concerned, he married an actress by the name of Jacqueline Titone in 2003. She took her husband’s last name and she converted to Judaism before they were married. Their daughters Sadie and Sunny were born in 2006 and 2008 respectively.
Adam Sandler is big donator to the Boys and Girls Club, he is very charitable in other aspects of his life, he enjoys golf and he is someone who prefers to keep his private life as private as possible. He is hilarious, and he will only continue to grow his net worth in the coming years.
