Justin Bieber

Bieber might not be considered “good” in many people’s books, but he did make a positive difference in the world. He was recently the first recording artist to make over 200 Make-A-Wish kid’s dreams come true. He also raised over $1,164,027 in just a few days to contribute to Typhoon Haiyan relief efforts. Additionally, he supports the Pencils of Promise charity in building schools in developing countries.

Not many people know that Somerhalder actually started his own foundation that’s dedicated to the planet and its creatures. Most of his fans may know him as bad vampire, but he’s really got a big heart in real life. He has raised hundred of thousands of dollars for environmental and animal rights causes. He also supports the It Gets Better Project, a campaign dedicated to prevent suicide among LGBT youth.

Alicia Keys

During the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan, Keys visited and gave aid to survivors of the calamity. She definitely brought smiles to their faces by entertaining the children relocated at an army base judging by the photos that were released. She also founded the Keep a Child Alive foundation to support families with HIV/AIDS. Additionally, she headlined The Global Citizen Festival in NYC to raise awareness towards ending poverty.

In 2011, the Giving Back Fund reported that Gertz and her husband to be the number one celebrity donor to any charity. This happened when they performed the song One Way or Another for Red Nose Day 2013. In addition, they also brought in $784,345 in donations to help support research to cure cancer. It appears that these boys can make a huge difference by using their influence and fame over young girls for good.

According to DoSomething.org, Taylor Swift is the most charitable celebrity of 2013 for the second year in a row. She recently headlined an event that helped raised funds for an organization supporting people experiencing homelessness. The star was also reported to have donated $100,000 to the Nashville Symphony to celebrate her 24th birthday. Additionally, she habitually donates money to several causes and participates in programs to raise awareness.

Leonardo DiCaprio

This megastar is a committed environmentalist and is also widely known for his activism.
