He might be 64, but that’s not stopping the immensely talented Stevie Wonder from doing his thing. The famous singer has announced that he is about to add a new member to his family – actually, three new members. The blind singer and his girlfriend, Tomeeka Robyn Bracy, are expecting triplets.
Bracy just gave birth to the famous musician’s eighth child last year, and now she’s pregnant with three more. The birth of his triplets will make 11 children for Wonder. He has 8 children at the moment with a grand total of five different women, and he will now share four of those 11 children with Bracy. There is no word when the new babies are due, their genders or a reaction from Wonder. There is also no report as to whether or not he plans on making Bracy his wife now that they have four children together.
Of the five women with whom he has children, he’s only married two of them. He was married in 1970 to Syreeta Wright, whom he divorced in 1972. He was married again in 2001 to Kai Millard Morris, whom he divorced in 2012. Of his eight currently born children, they range in age from 1 to 39. The triplets are likely due sometime in the spring of 2015, though there’s been no official announcement as to when Bracy is due.
The Grammy-winning singer has been one of the most famous musicians in the world for decades, and he’s got fans that span a number of generations – like his children. There is no word from his older children as to how they feel about having triplets join the family in the coming months. There is also no word on what kind of relationship Wonder has with his older children, whether or not they are close or if they are distant.
