D.L Hughley Thinks Caitlyn Jenner Looks Like His Phys Ed Teacher
D.L. Hughley isn’t alone in his thoughts about Caitlyn Jenner receiving the Arthur Ashe award for courage. He thinks it’s absurd that Jenner won the award. In fact he said that Jenner, “simply put on a dress.” But Hughley didn’t stop there. He was in New York City on Thursday where TMZ got a hold of him and D.L. didn’t hold back at all.
He said it was a “travesty that the ESPYs passed over Lauren Hill (the college basketball player who passed away this year from cancer) in favor of Caitlyn. But the comedian didn’t stop there. He trashed the way Jenner looks, and even compared her to a Robin Williams character (who we’ll let you see in the video following this writing).
D.L. is also incredulous that members of the media dare to describe Serena Williams as man-like when, as he puts it, Caitlyn looks like a P.E. teacher. Do you think Hughley is being a tad harsh here? Though he does have a point that Lauren Hill deserved the Arthur Ashe award. Many people, including myself, happen to agree.
However, Jenner has been pretty courageous in this whole thing, despite what people say about the way she looks. Check out Hughley’s rant below.
