David Beador Net Worth

David Beador is an American construction worker and business owner and reality television star with an estimated net worth of $20 million. He is married to real housewife Shannon Beador. The couple resides in Orange County, California with their three daughters. He is the owner of a company called Beador Construction, Inc. which is a prominent construction company in Corona, California. He was born and raised for a short time in Michigan, in a small town called Freeland. While still a young child, his family moved to La Jolla, California, where David Beador spent the rest of his childhood.

When he graduated from the University of Southern California, he made the decision to begin his own business with a dream that he’d been holding onto for some time. He and his father run the company together, which is now large enough that he has around 80 full-time employees. His construction company has been successful primarily because of the good job that his crews do, but also because they focus on bridge, street and highways construction. It’s a much better industry and a much more stable industry than building houses or other buildings that are only available when the economy is good.

However, the Beador company does build homes when they are given a special project. The company does not take on any job that is worth less than three-quarters of a million dollars. It’s how they stay relevant and on track financially. David Beador and his wife have been married for almost a decade and-a-half, and their marriage is currently in a good place. For more than a year, however, David Beador was engaged in an affair with another woman behind his wife’s back, and the couple struggled to make things work. They spent time in marriage counseling, focusing on one another and working to make their marriage stronger than it was before.

The couple married in 2003. They live in Newport Beach with their three kids. They have a set of twins and an older daughter. The couple is rumored to be selling their large and expensive Newport Beach home in favor of something a little bit smaller and a lot more livable. The story is that their kids are growing up and aren’t home so much anymore, and their house is just too big for them to want to deal with on a regular basis. Shannon Beador likes to have a toxic-free home and she spends a great deal of time and money ensuring that her home is as clean and pure as can be. Many people speculated that they might be selling because they can no longer afford a such an extravagant home, but the truth is that they simply don’t want to have a home so large anymore. With $13 million per year in profit from his business, David Beador is not suffering from any sort of financial stress. Shannon is also paid handsomely from the real housewives franchise, so their net worth only continues to grow.
