Kendra Wilkinson has made her fair share of headlines in the past few months. The southern California girl who rose to fame as one of Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends and star of the reality show the Girls Next Door gave birth to her second child, a little girl, earlier this year with her husband Hank Baskett. It was just a few weeks after the little girl was born that Wilkinson began appearing in media headlines due to the fact that her husband allegedly had a tryst with a transgender person while she was pregnant with their daughter. It’s been a rough ride for the reality star ever since, but everyone already knows all about that. Despite the fact that Kendra has been on television for approximately a decade and most people think they know everything about her, we don’t. She Did Not Know What Was Involved in Living with Hef
When she moved in with Hugh Hefner in 2004, shortly after she met him at his 78th birthday, she was just looking for an excuse to get out of her apartment and away from her roommate. She had no idea that becoming one of Hef’s girlfriends meant actually becoming a girlfriend. In fact, she had no idea that there would be any intimate activities involved in their relationship.
She Married Her Husband at the Playboy Mansion
It might seem a bit strange to marry your boyfriend at the home of your ex-boyfriend, but not for Wilkinson. She was married to Hank Baskett on the grounds of the Playboy mansion, and it was originally reported that Hef would walk her down the aisle on her big day. He did not, however, because she asked her younger brother to walk her down the aisle instead.
What About Kendra’s Father?
There is very little known about Kendra’s father except for the fact that he is very successful. He was able to found a number of biochemistry companies in his life, and he was able to retire at the age of 48. Other than that, there is very little about him and his relationship with Kendra available. From what we can gather, she has no relationship with her father, who divorced her mother in 1994. We have to assume he was not thrilled with some of her life choices and that might be the reason for their apparent estrangement.
