Fredrik Eklund, host of Million Dollar Listing New York, is one of the most energetic personalities in reality TV. The 38 year-old real estate broker knows how to kick back and have a good time, but he also takes his job very seriously. With over $2 billion in real estate sales to his name, Fredrik Eklund is definitely a force to be reckoned with. However, he’s also a pretty entertaining guy who has provided his viewers with lots of laughs along the way. With this guy on the show, even people who aren’t particularly interested in real estate will find themselves coming back for more. Here are the five funniest Fredrik Eklund moments on Million Dollar Listing.
If you’ve ever seen him in action, you know that Fredrik Eklund is full of funny faces. Without even speaking, Eklund can be pretty hilarious, and there have been plenty of times where his face has said it all. Seriously, whenever his emotions get involved it becomes impossible for him to hide how he’s feeling. Whether looking happy, surprised, or disappointed, Fredrik Eklund has a face for everything.
Sometimes, you can be having a good; perfectly normal day, and life will just throw a curve ball in your direction. While filming season two of Million Dollar Listing New York, Fredrik Eklund found himself in a stick situation when a bird decided to turn his head into a toilet. That’s right, a bird pooped right on top of his cute little come over, and he wasn’t feeling it – AT ALL. This moment probably wasn’t too funny for Fredrik Eklund, but as a viewer there’s no denying that watching his reaction was pretty entertaining. Hopefully he took care of that with that some soap and water though.
The Flying Shoe
Everybody gets a little excited from time to time. There’s nothing like getting good news, or reaching a good that you’ve been shooting for. But with that being said, sometimes people get a little too excited, which is exactly that happened to Fredrik Eklund in this hilarious moment. After celebrating some recent sales, Eklund decided it was time to kick his leg in the air. While he’s done this move before, and considers the leg kick to be his trademark move, this time he got a little too carried away, and let’s just say this: it didn’t go the way he planned. When Eklund kicked his leg in the air, his shoe flew in the air and landed who knows where. On the bright side, he was wearing some pretty nice socks, and his sound effect definitely made the moment even funnier.
Falling out of His Chair
Although people don’t like to admit it, there’s something about falling that is ridiculously funny. As long as nobody gets hurt, watching somebody fall is just one of those things that will always make you chuckle a little about. However, watching someone fall whose whole career is based on having the courage to do their thing in front of millions of people, is even funnier. Fortunately for Fredrik Euklund, many viewers never got a chance to see these bloops from season three, but there’s definitely some real gems in the mix. Apparently, Eklund runs into serious trouble whenever he decides that he’s going to get a little crazy in his chair. First his shoe goes flying off, and then this. In a clip from this gag real, Fredrik Eklund laughed so hard that he literally fell backwards in his chair. Yup, bet things weren’t so funny after that!
Double Fist Pump
No matter how many sales he makes, Fredrik Euklund will always take joy in closing a deal. After all, it doesn’t matter how much experience you have, sometimes you just never know how things are going to do. Plus, when you have as much as stake as Fredrik Euklund does, making one big sale can earn more money than most people will make in years. Well after making this sale and raking in $285,000 in commission, it was only right that Eklund do a little victory dance. This time, he chose to go with a very enthusiastic double fist pump followed by an even more enthusiastic leg kick. Well, this time it looks like he learned his lesson and decided to ditch the shoe before hand, but that doesn’t make it any less funny.
