Justin Timberlake is an American singer with an estimated net worth of $175 million. Born January 31, 1981 in Memphis Tennessee to Lynn Harness and Randall Timberlake, he is one of three boys. His brothers are half brothers from his father’s second marriage, and he also has a half-sister who died shortly after she was born in 1997. Growing up, Justin Timberlake was inspired by Janet Jackson, who he loved to watch perform. He loved that she moved, danced and did not just stand around when she was on the stage, and he wanted to do the same thing as he became an adult.

By the time he was only 11, Justin Timberlake had already performed on the hit television show Star Search, using his first and middle names as his stage name – Justin Randall. Only a year later, he became part of the 1993 Mickey Mouse Clubhouse cast, alongside a group of young kids who would go on to become very famous with the pop star. His Mickey costars included future ex-girlfriend and famous pop star Britney Spears, famous singer Christina Aguilera, his future N’Sync band member JC Chasez as well as future actress Keri Russell and world-famous actor Ryan Gosling.

Two short years later, manager Lou Pearlman decided he wanted to put together an all boy band with Justin Timberlake and JC Chasez, as well as a few other band members including Joey Fatone and Lance Bass. The group began touring in Europe, rising their fame there before they came to America and sold 11 million copies of their first record in 1998. The band released three huge albums and won many awards and performed at some of the biggest award shows in the world before they went in hiatus in 2002 – that includes he arrest and indictment of their former manager, Lou Pearlman, who was accused and convicted of stealing money from the band.

Three years before the band went on hiatus as a group, Justin Timberlake began working on his own solo career. He began by starring in a Disney Channel movie and eventually went on to perform alone at the 2002 MTV Video Music Awards in 2002 just as the band went on hiatus. His first solo album was released that year, and his fame shot through the roof. N’Sync was just a distant memory. To date, he’s released four musical albums, taken a musical hiatus, starred in movies and been involved in many public relationships with some of most famous women in Hollywood, including Britney Spears, Cameron Diaz and his wife since 2012, Jessica Biel. He has a son, born in 2015, and he has several other business ventures.

Justin Timberlake owns and co-owns three US restaurants, he co-founded a clothing line with a childhood friend, and he partnered with the famous liquor company, Sauza. Additionally, Timberlake is also a celebrity endorser for Givenchy, Sony, Callaway Golf and Audi. He is making money from his music, his acting career and his endorsements left and right, making him one of the most successful recording artists in Hollywood to date.
