Teresa Giudice Walks off Stage During Housewives Reunion

Real Housewives of New Jersey

For someone who is in the news almost daily regarding her law-breaking and her impending prison sentence as well as the star of a reality television show, Real Housewife of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice doesn’t want to talk about her personal life on camera. The star walked right off the set of the show’s reunion taping last night after her prison sentence was brought up and stated she will not talk about it.

“I need a break. You all can have the conversation without me,” said Giudice when the topic of conversation turned to her indictment. The star was angry because the clip of her aunt (Kathy Wakile and Rosie Pierri’s mother) saying that when people do bad things it catches up to them was shown again and she was furious that her aunt would say something to that affect (despite the truth of it).

“I don’t want to be out there with that conversation. To me, family doesn’t act like that. What my aunt said, very inappropriate,” Giudice said backstage when she went looking for a bathroom. Upon returning to the couch she reiterated the fact that if they continued to talk about her in this manner, she would leave again.

Family was also the topic of conversation when it came to Dina Manzo and her sister, former housewife Caroline Manzo, and her sister-in-law, Jacqueline Laurita. Viewers are left with the impressive that perhaps Dina would be open to reconciling with her sister, but she has no interest in having any sort of relationship with Laurita or her nephew, Nicholas. She states that she has no relationship with her young, autistic nephew and that all she can do to help him is to “Pray” for him. All in all, it was an emotional night discussing the downfall of families and the meaning behind the word.
