10 Celebrities Who have Been Caught Being Racist

The United States is a nation built with the help of people from all cultural, ethnic, and racial backgrounds. Unfortunately; however, people from all backgrounds have not always been treated with the same level of respect, and throughout America’s history racism has been a serious problem. For years, many minority groups have been discriminated against and targeted. While some like to believe that we are living in a post racial society, it’s often to very easy to see that that isn’t the case. While some believe that it is important to respect everyone, others simply don’t care who they offend. Although you can never be sure what people are saying or feeling being closed doors, these stars have had their rude remarks exposed to the world. Here are 10 celebrities who have been caught being racist.

Duane Chapman AKA Dog the Bounty Hunter

During a conversation with his son, Chapman repeatedly used the N-word. Later, he defended his use of the word by using it again, A&E removed his show from the air until 2008.

For years, Kelly Osbourne has been a fan favorite. In her role on The View, she’s often been open-minded and progressive. However, recently, Osbourne upset both viewers and cast mates when she made an offensive comment about Latin Americans. During a segment in which the panel discussed Donald Trump’s remarks about Mexican immigrants, Osbourne, who attempted to make the point that Trump’s statements were ridiculous, stated, “If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald Trump?” Although she quickly said that she “didn’t mean it like that,” many people felt that there were much better ways she could have made her point, and that her statement revealed underlying feelings. Fellow The View panelist, Rosie Perez, was so offended by Osbourne’s remarks that she quit the show.

Donald Trump

Donald Trump has a history of offending, well, everyone. However, his most recent comments have made headlines all over the country. Trump’s comments resulted in his contracts with NBC being terminated, and a significant drop in net worth. However, despite the backlash, Trump remains unapologetic about everything he says.
