While some get off lightly, others are left shelling out more money than most of us will ever see.  Have you ever been curious to find out how much your favorite celebrity is paying? With eight children, Ronald Perlman is certainly no stranger to child support. In 1996, when he and his then wife, Patricia Duff divorced, a custody natal quickly ensued as both parents fought for full custody.  Ultimately, Perlman was ordered to pay $12,825 a month in child support, which he felt was extremely unfair.  During an interview, Perlman stated: “… there isn’t a child in the world you can spend that amount of money on, unless you’re planning to hang Matisses on the wall of the nursery.”

9. Halle Berry – $16,000 a month

In 2014, Academy Award winning actress was ordered to pay approximately $16,000 a month in child support to her ex-husband, Gabriel Aubrey.  Although Berry can probably afford the payment, she certainly was not happy about the ruling.  A source close to Berry stated: “She does feel that he is abusing the system and taking advantage of her. Halle does work hard for her money, and it’s not easy for her to juggle the two kids with her work schedule. It’s understandable that she feels Gabriel should be able to make enough money to support Nahla.”
