10 Celebrities Who Have Really Nasty Habits

Having good personal hygiene is essential to life. No one likes the smelly kid, and even worse, nobody likes the smelly adult. With that being said, there’s a certain unspoken standard that people hold each other to, but unfortunately, some people just can’t seem to keep it clean – literally. In fact, you’d probably be surprised to know that even some of your favorite celebrities – with all their money and expensive clothes – can’t even seem to follow basic hygiene standards. That’s right, some of the most well-known people in the entertainment industry are well-known for something else, and it’s nothing good. Here are 10 celebrities who have really nasty habits.

Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi 

If you were lucky enough to catch school during her days on Jersey Shore, then you know that she’s all for doing some pretty bizarre things. But what you probably didn’t know is that her beauty routine often consists of cat litter. Yes, you read that right – cat litter. Apparently, instead of paying for expensive facials, Snooki opts to excoriate with cat littler instead. While there’s nothing wrong with trying to save money, this seems a little over the top. Hopefully she doesn’t have a cat, or else things could get pretty ugly.

Orlando Bloom

Orlando Bloom may be one of the hottest guys in Hollywood, but apparently, he’s also one of the funkiest. According to reports, Bloom’s terrible habits include wearing the same clothes for months at a time (without washing them of course), not showering on a regular basis, and allowing his ‘slobbery’ dog to sleep next to him in bed. Some even suggest that his terrible hygiene is what led to his split with his estranged wife, Miranda Kerr. Hopefully, he can get his act together, or else he’ll probably be going through a lot more breakups.

Zac Efron

Ever since gaining mainstream fame for his starring role in Disney’s High School Musical, Zac Efron has been stealing hearts. However, a lot of his female fans probably wouldn’t be too pleased to learn that their imaginary boyfriend has a very real and very disgusting habit. Apparently, Efron loves playing basketball, but what he doesn’t love to do afterwards is take a shower. Nope, instead he prefers to ‘freshen up’ by wiping himself down with baby wipes. If you’ve ever smelled a grown man after playing an intense game of basketball, you’ll know that not even an entire box of baby wipes would be enough. Come on, Zack!

Britney Spears

Britney Spears is one of the biggest pop stars of her generation, and she’s proven time and time again that nothing can keep her down. But while her dedication to her career has helped her stay relevant for years, Spears hasn’t devoted that same amount of time and energy to keeping her house clean. According to a housekeeper, Spears’ is terribly messy. Not only does she leave clothes lying around, but she also leaves have eaten food all over the place, including under her bed. YUCK!

Cameron Diaz

Cameron Diaz is one of the most popular stars in Hollywood. In fact, she seems like a pretty difficult person to dislike. However, Diaz is apparently not an easy person to get close to – in the literally sense…because she smells. Diaz has admitted that she hasn’t worn deodorant for 20 years, and other sources have reported that she’s been known to wear the same clothes for days in a row. Okay, seriously, what’s up with all these rich people refusing to change their clothes? We all know they have a closet full of them!

Jessica Simpson

Jessica Simpson is beautiful, but you’ll definitely be seeing her differently after you learn about this nasty habit. While visiting the Ellen show. Simpson admitted that she doesn’t like brushing her teeth on a regular basis because she doesn’t like the ‘slippery’ feeling they get when they’re clean. She did; however, say that she uses mouth wash, so it might not be too dangerous to have a face to face conversation with her.

Just a heads up, if anyone ever tells you that you smell like hot dogs   – that can NEVER be a good thing. Well, unfortunately for Christina Aguilera, she’s been accused of not only smelling like hot dogs, but of not washing her hands after using the rest room. According to a witness, Aguilera was seeing exiting a restaurant bathroom without washing her hands, and returning to her table to eat.

Anderson Cooper

It’s not clear what Anderson Cooper has against doing laundry, but it looks like the concept is just too much for him to handle. Cooper once said that he wears the same jeans for months at a time, and doesn’t bother to wash them. The fact that he would even share this with anybody proves that he sees absolutely nothing with this kind of behavior, and that’s problem number one.

If you’re going to have a nasty habit, the least you could do is have it for a good cause. Which is why Julia Roberts gets a little bit of slack. Roberts, who is all about saving water, has been known to shower pretty infrequently. She’s also been known to skip deodorant, and well, that one is a little more inexcusable.
