10 Things You Didn’t Know about Scott Eastwood
The world has known Clint Eastwood and loved him for a very long time, but it turns out that the world is also falling just as much in love with his son Scott Eastwood. The young actor has been making headlines for a while now, and it seems that he is looking to follow in the footsteps of his illustrious father in the world of acting and with a face as handsome as Scott Eastwood’s, it seems the world is happy to make him even more famous than he already is. He’s still in his 20s – for a few more years, anyway – and he’s already become one of the most talked-about celebrities of the year, even though we’re not sure we can name a thing he’s done other than just exist. He’s working on some roles that we still can’t remember (because his handsomeness distracts us from actual facts and details) and we suspect we’ll be seeing a lot more of him in the near future. I’m sure you can hear the disappointment in that statement. On that note, let’s get to know more about him other than just that he’s pretty.
He owns a bar
Acting and modeling are not the only things that Scott Eastwood does with his life. He is a man of many talents, and bars are one of his talents. In fact, he worked for a while as a bartender while he was working his way into acting, and he made the decision at one point to go in on a bar with a partner, and now he owns one. It is called the Saddle Bar in Solana Beach.
He loves his family
Scott Eastwood is not a lone man. Even though his entire family is mostly spread out across the globe, he works hard to get them together for family vacations, holidays and other events. He likes family, he loves his own, and he wants them to be together for the most part as often as possible. That’s a nice quality in a man, and it only makes us love him more.
He loves to surf
Scott Eastwood was raised in Hawaii with his family, so he spent the vast majority of his free time in the water on a surfboard. Now that he’s living in Southern California, his passion for surfing has not changed in the least. He still loves it, and there is nothing wrong with that. He’s an avid outdoorsman, and he really does enjoy spending his free time outside being active and involved in sports.
He’s a golfer
If you have to find Scott Eastwood on land, you’ll find him on the golf course when he’s not working. He loves the sport, and he is quite good. While he is not looking to make a professional career of golfing or anything of that nature, he is still looking to enjoy his time on the fairway as often as possible. Of course, it’s difficult not to enjoy playing golf when your father has his own golf course and you spend much of your time there. It is a tough life, right?
He likes to chill
There was a time when Scott Eastwood admitted that sometimes he doesn’t want to go out and he’s even cancelled dates in the past just to stay home and do absolutely nothing. I get that. My husband and I have been making a great effort this year to say no to plans more often than not since we seem to spend every single day of every single weekend doing things and we never get a chance to stay home, relax or really spend any quality time together with just our kids. It has been so nice.
His dad does not do him any favors
If there is one thing that Scott Eastwood can say about his father, it’s that working with him is not his favorite thing to do. He credits his father for being harder on him than anyone else in his life, and he even says that his father will not do him any favors in the business. He feels his son should have to work for what he wants and prove himself as a good actor to get roles – neither believes in nepotism.
He’s a college graduate
We love a man who has a huge inheritance but still knows what it’s like to work hard. He went to college and graduated back in 2008 with a degree in communications. He graduated from Loyola Marymount University, and he’s proud of his degree and his ability to do what he needs to do to care for himself.
He loves to act
Growing up, Scott Eastwood knew he enjoyed acting and that he might want to follow in his father’s footsteps. However, he wasn’t sure he’d be able to do it as well as his father. He doesn’t want his dad’s help, he wants to prove himself. He’s been doing that quite well, and he has become a huge success as a result.
He enjoys being shirtless
We love a man who has a great body and doesn’t want to cover it up. Fortunately for us, Scott Eastwood is one of those men. He enjoys being topless in this movie scenes and even on his Instagram page, and we have no issue with that. Hey, when you work hard for a great body, you might as well show it off, right? Not to sound vain, but at almost 33 and after having four kids (including 2-year-old twins), you’ll never find me in a one-piece of a cove-up on the beach, on the boat or by the pool. I’m proud of the hard work I put into my body.
He loves animals
If there is one thing that Scott Eastwood loves more than anything, it’s animals. He has dogs of his own, and he loves to help his family with their animal rescue. You will not find him ignoring animals in any instance. He loves them.
