We all love to hate him. Remember him from The Hills? He was the rude, out of his mind, completely random guy who began dating Lauren Conrad’s friend and then created a myriad of drama that producers just loved? Yes, him. He’s so famous for being famous it’s not even funny. People don’t even like him, and he seems perfectly okay with it. He’s famous for being a jerk on television to his wife’s friends, and he seems to have absolutely no redeeming qualities whatsoever.
