20 Fit Celebrities Who Claim They Never Workout
Some celebrities spend hours in the gym every single day. Gwyneth Paltrow has admitted on more than one occasion that she’s not naturally thin and that she diets heavily and works out two hours a day to stay in shape. Other celebrities, however, say they stay thin by eating chocolate and sitting on their bottoms watching Netflix all day long. Halle Berry admits that she works out, and she doesn’t believe any of her Hollywood friends that say they don’t. Do you believe it? Mila Kunis
Kunis says the only time she exercised and worked out and dieted when she was prepping for her role in Black Swan. The role of the ballerina she played required her to weight a sickly 95 pounds, and she packed her normal weight back on when she was done with the film. She’s active, but she says she hates to exercise. Now that she’s pregnant and due any day she’s been spotted out and about walking a lot, which isn’t unusual for her. She’s always in New York City walking around the city and she’s pretty active on the beach and in the park when she’s with Ashton Kutcher.

Claudia Schiffer
Claudia Schiffer was one of the most famous models in the 80s and 90s, and she claims she does not exercise or bother with dieting. She is active, however, so that counts. But she doesn’t actually spend much time in the gym. She’d much rather exercise naturally, by walking and being active. She also does not believe in dieting. Her tip for staying thin and gorgeous is simply to avoid alcohol and caffeine and go about her business in the best way possible; by eating right and not over-indulging in things that aren’t too strenuous on her health.

She started off her career as one of the most famous models in the world, and she’s someone who is gorgeous. She’s not a stick-thin Hollywood figure, but she is gorgeous. She claims that her body is the result of healthy eating – not dieting – and being active. She’s a New York City resident, and she likes to walk everywhere. She avoids using transportation in the city as often as possible and she credits that with always being fit and trim. She also says she never goes to the gym, because she feels that her frequent walking habit is good enough to keep her looking good.

She’s not a fan of either dieting or exercising, and she only does it when a role tells her she has to do it for her part. We don’t know what kind – whether she’s into the juice cleanses or the other kind, but she says she doesn’t work out and we think that she might be a bit of a fibber. She’s been known to hire one of the most famous trainers in the world, while still saying she’s not into exercising and doesn’t really do it.

The country music star has lost a significant amount of weight in recent years. However, she’s claimed that her weight loss is not a result of going to the gym. She says that stress and her lifestyle have caused her to lose so much weight. She even goes so far as to say that her husband’s ex-wife has caused so much stress in her life that she has no appetite so she’s just not gaining any weight. Of course, no one in Hollywood exercises. They all have naturally great metabolisms and so much stress that they don’t eat so they stay thin all the time.

She does, however, admit that she likes to be active to stay in shape. She doesn’t like to exercise, so she doesn’t. For example, she likes to belly dance and has made herself become a pretty good belly dancer over time. She credits that and biking and walking and hiking for her good body and her great appearance.

However, on any given day she’s more inclined to skip working out and credits her naturally thin frame and her high metabolism for her ability to stay so thin. She does talk about going to the gym a lot, and has admitted that there are a lot of times in the past when she’s intended to go to the gym but ended up at her favorite shops instead. She’s just not a fan of exercise, and therefore she doesn’t do it very often.

She says she doesn’t care for exercise, and therefore she does not actually exercise at all. However, we don’t believe that she’s going to allow herself to ever actually “jiggle” as she puts it.

Of course, we’ve never actually seen her in gym clothes, with a trainer or on a run, so she might just be naturally thin and not need any diet or exercise to look this little.

Of course, she also trains to run marathons, so that does count as exercise. She doesn’t claim to work out often, but she does live an active lifestyle so that’s probably the reason she’s got such a great body.

America’s favorite country cutie doesn’t like to work out. In fact, she recently had this to say about working out, “For me, I would eat healthy, but I refuse to use the term diet. I don’t ever want to be that person whose self-image overtakes who they are. I am not a fan of working out that much. There’s no regimen. There’s no personal trainer.” Of course, she does work out on occasion and she’s a health eater, so that does help the fact that she’s so tall and thin. Earlier this year, she was proud of the fact that she hadn’t been to the gym in an entire month and she plans on keeping it that way. However, even though she no longer works out, she looks amazing. It’s easy to walk miles around the city without even realizing you’ve done it. Either way, she looks amazing.
