7th Heaven Star Beverly Mitchell Announces Gender of New Baby
Some good news has come from a former 7th Heaven cast member for once in the past few weeks. Amid the scandal surrounding the matriarch of the once-loved Camden family and the death of a series regular over the past few weeks, it’s a refreshing change to finally have something happy to report from one of the former stars of the hit television series.
Beverly Mitchell, who played middle daughter Lucy in the hit series, is pregnant with her second child, and she’s finally announced the gender of her new baby. She and her husband, who wed back in 2008, are already parents to a little girl by the name of Kenzie, and they’re thrilled to have a second baby on the way, and they’re even more excited that the baby is a boy.
“So excited that Kenzie is going to have a little BROTHER! Yep, it’s a boy! We are thrilled and looking forward to a lifetime of adventures,” she posted to her WhoSay account, along with a photo of her little family. It was only a month ago that the former 7th Heaven star announced to the same account that she is expecting her second child sometime in 2015. It seems that the news came at a perfect time considering the fact that so much of her former life as she knows it is being ripped apart by the media in light of the allegations currently surrounding Stephen Collins after a tape his ex-wife recorded of him making horrible confessions was leaked by TMZ.
The news in the Mitchell-Cameron household is good at the moment, however. The news of their new baby’s gender has excited both parents and big sister, and everyone is currently in baby mode preparing for the upcoming holidays as well as the impending arrival of their new little guy.
