Five of the Best Ariel Winter Anti Body Shaming Tweets

Ariel Winter

We all love her as the very hilarious Alex Dunphy on the hit show Modern Family, but her humor is only one of the reasons that Ariel Winter is amazing. I should also point out that she voices one of our very favorite cartoon characters on the Disney Channel, as she is Sofia from Sofia the First. With three little girls, I have to say that we love this show and I can hear Sofia’s sweet voice and kind heart almost every single day. We also love the show because there is a set of boy/girl twins on it, and we have boy/girl twins, too. Either way, there is so much we can say about Ariel Winter that’s flattering and kind and wonderful.

She’s young, but she’s smart. She’s emancipated from her family, she lives with her sister and she is very close to her. She makes good decisions, she’s smart and she is hilarious. What we love most about her, however, is that even though she is only a teenager, she is smarter than most of the grown adults we get to see most of the time. She’s got serious confidence, and she’s not letting anyone else tell her what’s wrong or what’s right or how she should live her life. She’s got more to focus on than that, and we love that about her.

One thing we adore is that she’s not big on those who body shame. She recently underwent breast reduction surgery as she felt hers were too big, too heavy and too uncomfortable, and she’s been proudly showing off her new body ever since – and shutting down anyone who has a problem with that.

Awesome Retweets Sometimes you just have to let someone else say it for you and shout out a massive Amen; this retweet did that perfectly.

When She Told Us to Love Ourselves

Just do it. Wait, that was Nike. Either way, you get it.

Love Yourself  Hey, at the end of the day it actually does not matter who loves you so long as you love yourself. That’s all that matters to anyone. You love yourself, you are happy. What other people think seriously does not matter in the least.

When She Gracefully Told Body Shamers Where to Stick Their Opinions

She felt hot, so she was hot. You don’t matter as far as your opinion is concerned.

When She was Feeling It

Because when you feel it, you feel it.
