A Charlie Sheen Shirt that Make a Real Statement
If you’re not wearing bowling shirts as a fashion statement, you’re not “Winning” in the eyes of Charlie Sheen. He’s been famous since the mid-80s after taking on successful roles in movies such as “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off,” and “Wall Street,” and he’s only become more famous over the years. Much of his current fame was derived from his hilarious role on the hit series Two and a Half Men which made him the highest paid actor in television at the time. He was making approximately $1.8 million per episode until he was fired in 2011 after he made some poor choices in his professional and personal life.
Over the course of several years, the actor was in and out of rehab, he was married and divorced three times and he made a few things very, very famous. One of those things was the term “winning” which he used when describing how much he was ‘winning’ in life after being fired and divorced and being taken to court over the custody of several of his children.
Something else he made famous were his goddesses, which is a story for another website, certainly. However, we can talk about the most famous thing to come out of Charlie Sheen, and that’s the bowling shirt. No longer is it for glow-in-the-dark bowling, but for everyday life thanks to the famous actor, and he wears them just about everywhere; even when he’s not bowling. Sheen is known for his casual style, and once he went completely off the deep end, lost his job and decided to leave behind his family for women in a different industry, the fashion industry decided to capitalize. So, if bowling shirts aren’t your thing (and why would they be?) you might want to consider one of Charlie Sheen’s other most famous shirts so you can wear his face and his phrase – both of which make a statement; not so much a fashion statement, but who cares?
