Ciara Announced She is Expecting a Child

Ciara announced she is expecting her first baby with super-producer, Future. The power couple got engaged in October, and are apparently doing this whole thing in order. Date, get engaged, and then start a family. It is nice to see some modern couple still representing the family structure and family values properly. Also, Ciara announced this on the daytime talk show, The View. Because that seems as good a place to announce in as any other.

The couple plan on marrying late this year, and Ciara also seems to think she will end up being a Bridezilla. I want it to be a fun process, the singer says. But she goes on to state she wants everything perfect. The dress, the cake, and all the details. If being a bridezilla will ensure all of that, she has no problem with it. She also took to her Twitter to declare that if she is dreaming all this, she doesn’t want to wake up. So maybe all those pregnancy rumors we were hearing were true. Either way, her and Future are doing this the right way.

It is nice to see that some couples in Hollywood still understand that family comes first.
