Five Celebrities You Won’t Believe are Pro Hunting
Some people consider hunting something that only certain people do, and it often surprises them to realize that a large number of Hollywood’s most famous faces are pro-hunting celebrities. They grew up doing it, some took it up when they got a little bit older and it’s just culture for many of those who were raised in the south. It’s a controversial topic – but what isn’t these days? – in that some people consider hunting murder and others consider it sport. Either way, it’s also considered eating since many of us are quite happy to sit down to a perfectly cooked filet, and we suddenly have no problem with how that piece of meat ended up on our tables (and yes, I know cows are not hunted, but filet is my favorite so I’m sticking with it). If we told you that some of your favorite celebs are pro-hunters, would you believe us? Because w have five of them right here.
Bo Jackson
What can’t this amazing athlete do? I mean, really, he’s good at everything. Hunting is a sport he’s also good at, and he’s been doing it for a long time. He’s a natural, too, which further proves our suspicions that he might actually be a super human.
Shaq
He’s not just a basketball player, he’s a hunter, too. He also really enjoys the sport and tries to find time to get outdoors during hunting season so that he can enjoy his hobby.
Tom Brokaw
This one never fails to surprised, but he’s an avid bird hunter. In fact, he even owns a ranch with several hundred acres along with a handful of famous Hollywood faces in which they spend a great deal of time hunting in Montana.
Eva Longoria
Raised in Texas, it should come as no surprise to people that she grew up hunting with her father. Animal rights activists can’t stand knowing she’s an avid hunter, but she’s not ashamed of the fact that she spent a great deal of her childhood bonding with her father in this manner.
Avril Lavigne
She seems so anti anything normal, but she grew up hunting in Canada with her brother and father, and she’s quite good at it. She has no problem with it, and she even considers it a perfectly acceptable way of growing up, as do many.
