Judge Orders Chris Brown to Stay In Jail Until April 23
Chris Brown doesn’t seem to learn and because of that he’ll be calling the Los Angeles County Twin Towers Correctional Facility home for the next month. Brown had a brief hearing in front of a judge on Monday in an orange jump suit after he was kicked out of his rehab facility for leaving without permission. Upon his return, Brown refused to take a drug test leading him to be arrested and taken to jail. Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, asked for his client to be returned to rehab and placed under house arrest – the judge ordered Brown to stay in jail until April 23rd.
For the time being, Brown had been living at a rehab facility in Malibu since last year, after having his probation from the Rihanna case revoked for another assault charge in Washington, D.C. A judge had allowed Brown to remain in rehab pending until his next appearance in Washington, D.C. – the ruling included a stipulation that if Brown was tossed out of rehab or left the facility he would be send to prison.
Brown was already caught having an inappropriate relationship with a female staffer earlier this month. He’s being treated for anger management and post traumatic stress syndrome. Unfortunately this may not be Brown’s last stint in jail.
