Twitter Thinks Nick Young’s Relationship is Affecting his Game

NBA shooting guard/small forward, Nick Young has become one of the Los Angeles Lakers’ most talked about players.  Nicknamed Swaggy P, Young is dynamic character both on and off the court.  In his first season with the Lakers, Young averred 17.9 points per game, and also led the Lakers in four point plays with a record of seven. However, off the court, Young has become well-known for his romantic relationship with”Fancy” rapper, Iggy Azalea.  The couple, who has been together for over a year, has received a lot of attention from the public.  While some people are happy for the famous pair, others do not support their relationship and believe that Iggy may be having an adverse effect on the young Laker.  Here are five tweets from people who believe that Nick Young’s relationship is effective his game.

Earlier this month, Young predicted that he would eventually surpass his teammate Kobe Bryant with his number of total career points.  Young stated: “I think he got some potential. On my 20th year, I’ll probably have 46,000 points or something like that.”  However, Young seems to have more confidence in himself than the public does, and many people viewed his statement as ridiculous.

Any person whose played organized sports knows that losses can be extremely difficult to take.  However, this Twitter user suggests that Nick Young has more important things to worry about than the Lakers’ record.

This user predicted that Jared Sullinger and the Boston Celtics would deliver a crushing blow to Nick Young.  Sadly for Young and the Lakers, @spizzyspose was right.

While most people have been critical of Young’s relationship with rap star Iggy Azalea, this Twitter user seems to think that Young actually plays better than Iggy attends his games.
