10 Most Popular Celebrity AMAs on Reddit
One of the most popular subreddits on Reddit is AMA (Ask me Anything). It started out as simple threas where people would ask literally anything to anyone who hosted an AMA. It didn’t take long before celebrities started joining the fun. Some see it as a way to connect with their audiences, while others foolishly use it for merely self-promotion. There are celebrity AMAs that have gone horribly wrong, but we’re happy that there are stars who rocked it because they understand the Internet. Cheers to these celebrities for answering questions about their movies, cat, hair, and literally anything under the sun.

Barack Obama
A lot of critics say that Obama is tuned into the younger generation. He knew how to use social media to his advantage during his campaigns. Well, he won the admiration of netizens when he ended his AMA using the popular “not bad” meme inspired by his photo. The perfect example to show that the POTUS understands you.

Bryan Cranston
This is no surprise considering the AMA was held when his hit show Breaking Bad was at its peak. Cranston offered those who donated to the cause he was raising awareness for a chance to be flown into Los Angeles to attend the show’s series finale with the star himself. If that’s not enough, he answered a question about the smoothness of Ryan Gosling’s skin.

Molly Ringwald
There’s one perfectly good reason why Ringwald’s AMA is remembered and known by many. The 80’s star admitted to lurking around Reddit for quite some time now. This alone proved to many people out there that Ringwald obsessively browsed the Internet just like us.

Everyone knows about this rapper’s AMA and it’s hard not to considering he answered everything in all caps. He also revealed that he would be a psychiatrist if he wasn’t in the music industry. Additionally, he said that people should be more “GANGSTA” to acquire more decadence. The best part of it is that he chose the window over the wall if you catch our drift.

Benedict Cumberbatch
The star participated in an AMA session to increase publicity for his upcoming films. However, that doesn’t mean Cumberbatch didn’t put on a good show for the Internet. The star also revealed that he types with one hand in his pocket, one scratching his beard, using his left foot, and sometimes his nose.

Betty White
White’s AMA is one of the reasons why she is so relevant to the younger generation. She always puts herself out there and isn’t afraid to touch the computer like other elderly folks. She even talked about Lucille Ball’s Backgammon strategy to people participating. She also said that she’d love Meryl Streep or Julie Andrews to play her in a film, but thinks that Hollywood will go with Chris Rock.

Lonely Island
The Internet had high expectations when they found out that the Lonely Island boys were doing an AMA. They did not disappoint especially when their highest ranked comment was about describing Michael Bolton in the most sensual way. They should have included their frequent collaborator Justin Timberlake in the fun too!

Olivia Wilde
Wilde was at ease with everyone during her Reddit AMA. Her answers was laced with a sense of humor and it was obvious she was aware of the fandom behind the show House. The Internet probably exploded when she said that House and Wilson belong together and make beautiful babies. She also feels like she’ll look a lot better with a 5 o’clock shadow like Clive Owen.

The rapper did an impromptu AMA when he was still using the name Snoop Lion. Aside from the several references to marijuana, he made jokes corny yet adorable jokes when he replied to simple questions. The best part was when he offered to play FIFA to anyone who sent their gametags to him.
