Amal Alamuddin Arrives in Italy
Here comes the bride! Amal Alamuddin is officially in Italy where she is set to marry George Clooney any day now. She and her mother flew from London to Milan on Thursday and it’s got the press on high alert that the wedding is going to take place this weekend in Venice. Alamuddin, 36, was smiling as she exited the airport with her mother and her abundance of luggage, which included multiple pieces of luggage and a garment box. She looked casual with her hair down wearing ripped jeans, a tee shirt and a pair of tennis shoes. It’s the perfect attire for a woman about to get all dressed up for her wedding day.
We don’t know much of what will happen regarding the wedding, only that it’s soon. George Clooney went on record several weeks ago when he was accepting an award that he would marry the love of his life in the next few weeks. It’s been more than a few weeks since he made that statement. The couple applied for and received their marriage license over the summer in Los Angeles, and now that the bride is in Italy, it seems to the world that the wedding is only days away.
The couple has been engaged since April, when Clooney popped the question to the British attorney. Details of the high-profile couple’s wedding are not known, but it has been confirmed that Walter Veltroni is going to conduct the ceremony for the couple. He is the former mayor of Rome. Additionally, the actor is set to wear a custom-made suit by Armani. As for the bride, we are certain she’s going to be stunning but we have no idea what she’s wearing.
As their wedding day quickly approaches, the couple has been spending more time with their families, presumably ironing out all the details of their upcoming wedding.
