Caroline Manzo Accuses Dina of Giving Brother Ultimatum

Dina Manzo is back and better than ever on season 6 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, but that doesn’t mean her family is ready to reconcile. Despite hinting that she’s ready to make amends with her family after nearly 5 years of feuding, her sister, Caroline Manzo, has decided it’s just not going to happen.

Caroline appeared on Watch What Happens Live following the reunion show from season 6 and she opened up, a lot, to host Andy Cohen about just how much she wants her sister to grow up before she can even consider reconciling with her.

“Over the past four years, five years, Dina has never attended any family function at all. We’ve got nieces and nephews that are 3, 4, 5 year old, 9 months old, that she doesn’t know. She didn’t go to my brother Jamie’s wedding. Babies were born, baptisms, graduations, birthdays,” she said. She goes onto address what Dina said about not being invited to Lauren’s engagement party by confirming it. “To singly that out is insane. When Lauren got engaged, he very person she called, 10 minutes after the ring was on her finger, was Lexi. And she said, ‘Lex, I’m engaged,’ and Lexi said, ‘I’m so happy. My mom says congratulations.’ That was in November. The party was in April. From November to April, not a word,” she said of not inviting her sister or niece to Lauren’s engagement party.

Carolina then goes on to say that unless Dina begins to have a relationship with Jacqueline Laurita, their brother Chris’ wife, she’s not interested. She even accuses the real housewife of issuing an ultimatum to her brother, telling him that if he wants a relationship with her, he has to choose between his sister and his wife.

“I want you to understand the gravity of that. This is a man that has a son that has special needs, and you’re saying for him to leave his wife in order for you to have a relationship with him,” says Caroline of Chris and Jacqueline, and their young autistic son. It looks like there will not be a reunion in the near future.
