Charlie Sheen Rumored to Have Donated $25K to Typhoon Victims in Phillipines

Charlie Sheen has been at the center of the controversy storm for a good couple of years now. Currently, Sheen is in the midst of a kidnapping scandal, yet it hasn’t stopped him from helping those in need. According to TMZ, Sheen has donated $25,000 to the victims of affected by the latest typhoons in the Philippines. This comes a week after donating $10k to fight epilepsy. Sheen is currently calling himself “the charitable Grinch”.

The report says that the money Sheen has donated will be used to help locate children lost in the typhoon as well as provide food to those in need. The money went to the PREDA Foundation. (If you would like to learn morn about the Foundation and possibly make a donation click the here)

Typhoon Yolanda swept through the Philippines around November 8th causing devastating destruction. Currently, the death toll is over 5,000 individuals. We’re never going to say Charlie Sheen is a good guy, but at least he’s making a small sacrifice to help others. Let’s hope some other celebrities use their excessive wealth to help the thousands left without food or shelter because of the typhoon.
