Emmy Rossum Loves Talking about her Feet on Twitter

Over the years, 28-year-old Emmy Rossum has proven that her versatile skill set makes her an asset to any  project.  The singer/songwriter/actress has enjoyed successful careers in music, film, and television, and there seems to be no end in sight for the multi-talented star.  In 2011, Rossum’s career reached new heights when she landed a leading role on the Showtime comedy-drama, Shameless.  For her role on the show,  Rossum has earned several award nominations for her performance, including a 2012 Critics’ Choice Award nomination for Best Actress in a Comedy Series.  Since joining the cast, Rossum also released her sophomore album, Sentimental Journey, which reached number one on the US Jazz charts.

Even with an extremely busy schedule, Rossum still takes time to keep her fans updated.  Like many celebrities, Rossum uses Twitter to communicate with her fans. However, unlike many celebrities, Rossum’s feet are at the center of many of her tweets.  While she doesn’t seem to be obsessed with her feet, she certainly doesn’t mind letting them share her spotlight.  Here are three of the best Emmy Rossum feet tweets.

Although Emmy Rossum seems to be maintaining a laid-back attitude, frostbite is certainly something that should be taken very seriously. Apparently shooting on the set of Shameless isn’t painless.

Mosquito bites are among the most common (and most annoying) insect bites.  As children, many people learned that using a finger nail to make an X on the bite can help relieve the itching.  Although it may sound like an old wives’ tail, several sources suggest that it may in fact by effective.

Like a lot of other people, Emmy Rossum was initially reluctant to jump on the UGG bandwagon.  However, thanks to their high level of comfort, the often strange-looking fuzzy boots have proven to be more than just a fad.  As Rossum suggested, her feet were probably extremely thankful to be wearing a pair of UGGs.
