She might be only 23 at the moment, but that doesn’t mean that Karlie Kloss isn’t already one of the coolest people we’ve come across. If you think you recognize her name but you’re not sure from where, remove yourself from beneath the rock under which you live and get with the program. She’s Taylor Swift’s bestie, she’s a supermodel and she’s a former Victoria’s Secret Angel – and you know you know her from that little job. The Chicago-native was born in 1992, but she was raised in St. Louis. She’s one of four girls in her family. Her father is a doctor and her mother freelances, and she grew up knowing that she wanted to model. It makes sense with her gorgeous face, her long legs and her real talent on the runway and in front of the camera.

She was just a young teenager when she began modeling for some of the biggest brands in the world, and she was photographed for some of the most famous magazines in the world. Even supermodel Molly Sims loves her – and that’s good because she is Karlie Kloss’ mentor and role model. She believes that the young model’s classic good looks will pose well for her as she gets older in the modeling industry, because she will never go out of style or look too old for any jobs. Despite her fame and fortune, however, Karlie Kloss is a majorly awesome person, too, and her Twitter posts show that on a regular basis. That’s why we thought you should get to know her a bit more through her tweets.

Georgia Peach   She wasn’t born in the south or raised there, but she sure does know a good Georgia Peach when she sees one, and that’s something you cannot forget to appreciate about anyone.

Patriotism

There is nothing quite like friends. There is nothing quite like summer. There is nothing quite like celebrating your country with the most famous people in the world and making it look so much fun and so normal. That’s why we love this one.

Because She’s So Normal  For every one of our kids’ birthday parties, for every Halloween party, for every summer BBQ, we always rent a big bounce house with a massive slide. It’s for the kids, really. It is; it’s not for the adults to enjoy when they aren’t looking. I promise. It’s also nice to know it’s not just us.

We Make the Same Faces 

So…I won’t pretend I don’t love to work out. I really have a strange obsession with working out. I love how it hurts and how good I feel, but I definitely make the same face as Karlie Kloss when I’m working out and that’s kind of awesome.

Because She Appreciates Good People 

Who doesn’t love a smart woman with a brain? I do; we all should. I love that Karlie Kloss loves them herself and that she’s not afraid to show that off to the world. You go girl.
