Justin Bieber Detained at LAX, Not Allowed into the United States
I’m not a customs agent, but I’d be a little apprehensive if this guy walked up to me at the airport. I’m not saying I’d detain the guy, but I wouldn’t let this stroll into my country without a little extra investigation. This line of thinking may have been employed at LAX yesterday when Justin Bieber tried to enter the United States after a trip to Asia. The pop sensation was by the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol area at Los Angeles Airport. Perhaps young Mr. Bieber’s legal woes are finally catching up to him.
The 20-year old pop star was questioned by officials, but no formal action was taken. The Canadian born Bieber is facing DUI charges in Miami, was arrested in Toronto, and is being investigated by vandalism in Los Angeles. The delay at the airport was not an arrest, nor is Bieber going to be denied entry into the country.
We reported on Bieber a couple weeks ago because a petition was circulated on the internet asking the White House to deport Bieber. The petition needed 200,000 signatures for the White House to review it and it earned that and than some. It quickly became the most popular petition on the internet. Unfortunately, the White House didn’t take it very seriously.
Expect to see more stories like this as Bieber’s legal troubles are going to continue to cause problems for him.
