Kandi Burruss is one of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, but she’s tired of the drama. She’s been on the show since the second season, and that makes her someone who really does know the ins and outs of this reality series. She’s friends with some of the women on the show, and she’s not really friends with some of the other women on the show. One thing is for certain, however, and that’s that she is quite tired of the Phaedra Parks/Apollo Nida drama that’s ongoing. Of course, we are all kind of tired of it. Nida is a user and a criminal, and Parks just needs to be done with that chapter of her life and she needs to just move on so that she’s happier and that man is out of her life. Some people think that Burruss is younger than she actually is since they grew up listening to her music, but she’s less than two years away from 40. She looks good for her age, and that’s why people tend to think she’s so much younger.

Some people might assume that someone who is so close to 40 might not be so social media savvy, but Kandi Burruss uses her Twitter account on the regular. She’s known for using it almost daily, sometimes more than once or twice a day.
Her Mom Doesn’t Like her Husband
Burruss’ mother sometimes seems she doesn’t like her husband, and it’s because Burruss is so wealthy and her husband, Todd Tucker, is not. In fact, it’s been said that her mother even started a rumor that her son-in-law was having an affair so that her daughter would leave him.
She Met her Husband on Television
Did you know that Todd Tucker worked for the show before he met Burruss? The two met, fell in love while filming and got married in 2014. This might be part of the reason her mother is not so thrilled with the turn of events.
She’s a Stepmom
If you watch the show, you know that Burruss has a daughter in her house, a teenager by the name of Kaela, who belongs to her husband. And she’s a good mama, too. When her mother began treating Kaela poorly, Burruss put her foot down and made it clear to her mother that children are off-limits and not to be brought into her drama.
