Ludacris Seeks Full Custody Plus Celeb Dads Who’ve Won Custody Battles

Ludacris

Rapper and Fast & Furious actor Ludacris is currently battling Baby Mama Tamika Fuller in an Atlanta court over custody and child support.  The pair had a baby girl two months ago, who has been in Fuller’s custody since birth.

According to TMZ.com, the rap star, a native of Atlanta, stated in legal documents that he is a “fit and capable parent” and should get full physical custody.  He offers up his parental resume, saying he’s always been “an active father” to his 12-year-old daughter.

Luda has actually asked the judge presiding over the case to enforce that Fuller pay him child support.  Fuller was asking for $15,000 a month in child support but Ludacris pleaded poverty and an inability to fulfill the payments. He reported that the death of co-star Paul Walker derailed Fast & Furious 7, leading to problems with income and cash flow due to a lack of salary. During the case, Ludacris stated that he could pay $1,800 a month and that he made approximately $55,000 last year. The judge ended up awarding Fuller $7,000 a month.
