Naomi Watts is the New Face of L’Oreal Paris

It won’t shock anyone to hear that actress Naomi Watts is just lovely; you have eyes and you can see it for yourself. The lovely blonde is taking on a new role in Hollywood, and it’s one that simply highlights her beauty. She’s the newest face of L’Oreal Paris, and she’s the perfect fit for the new gig.

“We’re in Paris to officially announce the addition of #NaomiWatts to the L’Oreal Paris family! #spokesperson #worthit #beauty #actress,” is the announcement found on the Canadian page of the mega-beauty company’s Instagram page. The announcement was accompanied by a lovely photo of Watts in a chic ensemble and a killer red lip standing in front of the L’Oreal step and repeat, and it was a perfect photo of the actress to use in the announcement.

There has been no official announcement made anywhere else in the world but the Canadian L’Oreal Instagram page at this particular moment, but that doesn’t necessarily mean anything. The foreign accounts for many different brands have a habit of making early announcements and leaking information far in advance, and this is not the first time this has happened. Additionally, considering that the Canadian page hasn’t taken down the announcement yet, it’s a good sign that it’s not a false advertisement, hack or otherwise accidental mistake.

Now that Watts is the new face of L’Oreal, she joins a very lovely family of leading ladies that have lent their gorgeous faces to the company’s brand over the years. This includes the iconic Jane Fonda, the newly pregnant Blake Lively, and the newest addition to the L’Oreal Paris family, Karlie Kloss. The company has a history of highlighting just one feature per ad campaign with their spokespeople, and it’s not yet been announced which of Watts’ features the brand will focus on first. However, it’s true that they have a lot to choose from.
