Prince Plays a Suprise Concert in London

Music icon Prince is awesome. I think everyone knows this. If you don’t know this, are either too young, or just have awful taste in music. But one thing about Prince, he is also quite secretive and reclusive. Never does shows, never does interviews. But he did star in New Girl this week, so that had some people wondering if he was coming out of his purple bubble. Well, I guess he was, because Prince just played a surprise concert in London! How crazy is that?

It was Camden’s Electric Ballroom, and not a single soul knew it was a Prince show until Prince took the stage and blew everyone away. The irony? Because no one knew it was a Prince show, the venue was at only half capacity. Think about that. Not only are you seeing Prince live, but you are seeing Prince live with actual room to dance around and enjoy yourself, instead of being packed like sardines in a tin can.

Prince played some classics, but mostly focused on new songs from his forthcoming album, Plectrum Electrum. Words is that Prince rocked the house, and left fans drooling and begging for more. Kinda makes sense to us. That’s what Prince does.
