What Was Most Surprising about the Photo Lil Kim Posted of Her Daughter’s Feet?
Rapper Lil’ Kim isn’t known for her amazing fashion sense; she’s actually one of the worst dressed stars at any red carpet event she attends. She’s known for showing off entirely too much skin, wearing barely-there clothing and not really paying much attention to the fact that several of her ladylike parts have been on display on several occasions. In 2014, Lil’ Kim became a mother for the first time to a little girl, and many people began to wonder if the rapper would change her ways a bit more to show a better example to her daughter. And while that remains to be seen, it does appear that the rapper has an improved sense of fashion when it comes to her baby daughter.
The very first photo that the Lil’ Kim posted of her daughter was of her feet. The little girl was wearing a pair of adorable toe blooms, the footless shoes for babies, and that’s how she was introduced to the world, and that’s a bit surprising to us for several reasons. Here are a few things that surprised us about the first pictures of her baby Lil’ Kim released.
They Weren’t Sold to Magazines
Many stars sell their babies photos to magazines and tabloids – to the highest bidder. It’s a way for them to make money and capitalize off the birth of their babies. Now, some stars who sell their babies photos donate the proceeds to their favorite charities and others simply sell their babies photos for a profit. We might have lumped Lil’ Kim in with the latter, but she’s not one of them.
They Weren’t Face Shots
Another surprising aspect of the vast majority of the early photos Lil’ Kim released of her daughter is the fact that they weren’t really face shots. They were feet shots, hand shots and other baby shots that had nothing to do with her baby’s face. Most celebs just can’t resist, but it seems Lil’ Kim didn’t want to share her new baby with the world.
Face Shots Took a Month
The very first photo released of Royal Reign’s face was taken a month after she was born, and it was released by her mother. It wasn’t a paparazzi shot or anything like that. It was just a shot of a little girl posted online by her mother. So not what we thought Lil’ Kim would do.
