Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden Confirm Their Relationship
After a month of rumors swirling around the internet, Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden have finally confirmed they are dating. The two have tried their best to keep their budding romance on the sly, but have since decided to come clean in a rather auspicious manner.
Diaz, 41, and Madden, 35, stepped out for a casual stroll together holding hands in New York City. Their appearance in low-key garb indicated they have already becoming awfully comfortable with each other. Many times you see fresh celebrity couples dressed to the nines to announce their relationship.
The Good Charlotte guitarist and mentor on the Australian version of The Voice Kids was rocking his signature style hat backwards and shades. Both have been out of the dating game for a while, but have storied histories when it comes to significant others. Diaz, most notably, was entangled with disgruntled baseball player Alex Rodriguez for quite a while.
The timing of their first public appearance was rather interesting given the fact that Madden was just on Australian radio in which he was asked about his new romance and denied it. Apparently, he was just reluctant to discuss his personal life. The two were introduced to each other by Madden’s sister-in-law Nicole.
