Justin Timberlake Honors Michael Jackson at Concert
When you listen to Justin Timberlake, it is pretty clear to see how heavily influenced he was by Michael Jackson. From his sound to his moves, you can tell Jackson was a huge inspiration to the humble young star. Justin Timberlake has begun his most recent tour, and after doing a bunch of his well-known hits, he awed the audience by busting out some classic MJ. One thing everyone has to say about Justin Timberlake. Dude knows how to entertain.
TMZ reports that last night, at the Staples Center in L.A while kicking off his tour, Justin Timberlake definitely paid amazing homage to one of his musical influences. Though no one saw it coming, Timbs busted out a slick and soulful cover of Human Nature (my favorite Jackson song, by the way) and blew everyone’s minds. Timbs singing MJ is about as close as any of us will ever come to hearing Michael Jackson live, so that, in itself, is awesome.
Considering it was only the first night for his concert, we have to wonder if this will be a part of his show every day, or if this was just a special treat to help kick off this tour right. I guess after a couple more shows we will have the answer to that.
