It’s Two Boys for Actress Zoe Saldana
The world has known about Zoe Saldana’s pregnancy for several months now, but we’ve only known she’s pregnant with twins for a week or so. Now that the exciting news is out, there is even more for the star and her husband to get excited about. The star is expected twin boys! The Avatar actress and her husband Marco Perego are going to be first time parents to not one, but two little boys.
The actress announced on October 1 that she’s expecting twins in a very cute way. When being interviewed about what she would dress up as for Halloween, she joked to reporters that she, “might need three costumes,” and the news broke almost immediately. Additionally, it seems that the star’s friend Britney Spears also let the news slip a little early when she was asked if she and the Avatar actress would ever film another movie together (they previously starred in Crossroads together).
“Who knows? That’s a very good idea. But she’s pregnant with twins right now. So I’m sure she’s got a huge future ahead of her,” said Spears in an interview. It’s pretty common for new parents to freak out a little bit when they find out that their baby on board is more than one baby on board (trust me, I know this from experience) but sources close to the star and her husband say that the couple is thrilled to welcome two little boys at once.
“Zoe has always wanted a big family, and Marco’s on board, too,” well, we hope he’s on board seeing as how it’s a bit too late to decide a big family isn’t something they want. Two boys is certainly twice the blessing, and the star is said to be very excited about the prospect of twice the blue in her future.
