Jennifer Aniston Dishes about her Favorite Movie Hairstyles

"Life Of Crime" Premiere - Arrivals - 2013 Toronto International Film Festival

If you’re a woman, I’m guessing that there has at least been a time or two (or 20) when you have wished you had Jennifer Aniston‘s hair. Whether it was her Rachel haircut that shaped a decade of hairdresser appointments, her blonde, pin-straight look, or just her long, naturally wavy locks, Aniston’s hair is one of the major beauty forces in Hollywood.

Turns out, it wasn’t always so perfect. “As a child [my hair], was problem hair,” Aniston revealed during the WWD Beauty CEO Summit in Palm Beach, Fla. on Thursday, May 8.

Aniston has been open about her dislike for her first major on-screen hairstyle, even admitting that she would rather shave her head then wear the perfectly coiffed “Rachel” shag for all eternity. In 2013, while playing a game of ‘Would You Rather?’ on Australian radio’s The Kyle and Jackie O Show, the gorgeous actress was asked to pick between shaving her head once or wear the Rachel cut for life. “[I would rather] shave my hair once, definitely. ‘The Rachel’ for the rest of my life? Shave my head once! Yeah, I’d shave my head once!”

At this week’s WWD event, the We’re the Millers star discussed which of her characters’ looks have been her favorite.

I loved my hair in Along Came Polly,” Aniston said. “Dr. Julia from Horrible Bosses — I loved that. That was fun, glamorous.

In the Ben Stiller comedy Along Came Polly, Aniston wore her hair naturally wavy and long, parted in the middle and with light highlights. In Horrible Boss, she had a sexy look – long locks a beautiful shade of dark brown with bangs, a fun change for the stunning actress.

The superstar has currently been sporting a brown, chic, short bob, but Aniston doesn’t consider it a “new look.” “Well it’s not,” she laughed during the summit. “I just wrapped a movie [Cake] … It was basically for that … But I actually like it. This is how god created me.”

The co-owner of hair care line Living Proof recently finished filming two movies – the sequel Horrible Bosses 2 and Cake, in which she plays a woman who was involved in a fatal car accident that becomes fascinated by the suicide of a woman in her chronic pain support group.
